Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. This particular bug has already been reported and is a
duplicate of bug 1067026. This is fixed in the development version of
Ubuntu.
If you think this fix should be applied to 12.10, let me know and we can
potentially start an SRU (Stable Release Update) request for this fix.
However, realistically, since 13.04 is scheduled to be available in
about 3 months, and given the extent of the changes needed to fix this
(here's the relevant diff: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~checkbox-
dev/checkbox/trunk/revision/1821), it's very unlikely to be approved as
SRU.
