I found the problem at script /etc/init.d/ipkungfu, it's still /bin/sh
and not /bin/bash

** Changed in: ipkungfu (Ubuntu)
Status: Fix Released => In Progress

** Description changed:

- Binary package hint: ipkungfu
-
- Script /usr/sbin/ipkungfu uses /bin/sh as a shell which in Ubuntu
+ Script /etc/init.d/ipkungfu uses /bin/sh as a shell which in Ubuntu
Edgy/Feisty not compatible with bash. And the script does use bash-
  specific features.

Fix is very simple - just replace bin/sh with bin/bash.
