Thanks for your bug report.
According to the freedesktop.org trash specification
(http://www.ramendik.ru/docs/trashspec.html), the trash should be located at
$XDG_DATA_HOME/Trash, which corresponds to ~/.local/share/Trash/ for a standard
user.
Thunar respects this spec, therefore I am going to close this bug. Don't
hesitate to submit bug reports in the future.
