as you can see from the URLs jean pierre posted, ubuntu uses the latest
fuse upstream release, if there is a bug in fuse it is in fuse itself or
in the kernel, not in ubuntu.
also note that mint forcefully suppresses upgrades (including security
fixes) of the kernel, so if this is a kernel related issue that was
fixed in an ubuntu security update or SRU you wouldnt even get the fix
...
i will close this bug as invalid, if someone with an up to date ubuntu
12.10 installation can confirm it shows up there too, please re-open
