Tried to build with pbuilder-dapper and no success

Tried versions: 5.0.7ubuntu13
-> Does not satisfy version, not trying
then tried build with debuild -us -uc -rfakeroot
dpkg-checkbuilddeps: Unmet build dependencies: debhelper (>= 5.0.37.2)
python-all-dev python-all-dbg python-central (>= 0.5.0) zope-debhelper
(>= 0.3.4)
dapper does not have python-central.
