I have developed a Sabre based Caldav/Carddav Server which supports webdav-sync(RFC6578) AND getctag(caldav-ctag-02)!
I can confirm the bug for TB 17-ESR/Lighning 1.9/SOGo Connector 17.0.2! I discovered that lightning uses a combination of getctag and webdavsync if the server supports webdav-sync!
