Affects me too on my Samsung NP700Z5B/Ubuntu 12.10-64. I cannot install glx-alternative-fglrx because glx-diversions is broken. Without glx-alternative-fglrx, I cannot get opengl to work on my amd64/ati system. Without opengl, unity won't work and cairo-dock won't work properly.
That affect all the people with Samsung ATI-GPU laptops. Probably all the people with hybrid ATI-GPU's.
