You will need a fix for bug 1023645 if you intend on using ndiswrapper
to load your driver. So please discuss it in the other bug.
In the mean time, you should try using a native driver first. Look in:
System Settings > Software Sources > Additional Drivers
If no options are displayed then try:
sudo apt-get install bcmwl-kernel-source
