Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 12.04-2 LTS

The system is attached to a server which provide IPv6 and the addresses
shall be assigned by the dhcpv6 server

The addresses the if get are always the address confirmed by the dhcpv6
server, a temporary address and finally a SLAAC address.

I expect only the dhcpv6 assigned address.

Setting net.ipv6.conf.*.tmpaddr to 0 don't help, the network manager set
this again to 2 for the concerned interface.

** Affects: network-manager-applet (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
