Ok, lets try this (http://people.canonical.com/~smb/lp1111470/) modified
hypervisor. For now I was a bit conservative and only modified things in
a way that will cause the clipped (not covered by mtrr) area to be
removed from e820 instead of changing the type to unusable. If that does
work for the affected machine, I take the discussion about it upstream.
