apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected package-from-proposed precise third-
party-packages

** Description changed:

ASIX USB-Ethernet driver broken on Linux 3.8 (linux-image-
generic_3.8.0.4.17 from raring installed on precise)

Interface registers correctly and receives dhcp lease (but not always),
after that there is no network traffic.

Tested with two different adapters (D-Link and Apple), both behaved the same.
Same setup with Linux with up to 3.5 (including) works fine.
