This is good and, having more than some computer expertise, I had
guessed that this was the most probable meaning.  But:
- I could not be sure, and not being sure about how your backups are
  made is a dangerous thing
- someone less expert than me could have guessed wrong, or not at all

The word is right, and the functionality is good.  But the
documentations is lacking.  At the very least, a small comment should be
added under simply, like "do a backup with the given frequency as soon
as possible".  Help popups for all the options would be useful.  And
none of these is a substitute for real documentation.

Thank you for working on this very nice piece of software.  I really
hope that you find the time and energy to improve it further.
