Steps to reproduce:
1) Download pencil.dtd english source file:
http://evoluspencil.googlecode.com/svn/branches/pencil-2.0/app/locale/en-US/pencil.dtd
2) convert dtd to po file using:
moz2po pencil.dtd -o pencil.po
3) try to convert back to dtd file
po2moz -i pencil.po -t pencil.dtd -o backpencil.dtd
OR
po2moz -i pencil.po -o backpencil.dtd
Expected behavior
2) conversion successful
3) will get valid dtd file
Actual behavior
2) conversion successful
3) no valid dtd file generated! Get just a copy of po file!
no errors reported.
