for an SRU;

however, hmm.

The SRUs are normally just patch fixes rather than whole new package versions; 
also look at the 'When' section on that page;
If it's completely dead (as I read it from the bug) and it's previously worked 
then it obviously fits under the 'serious regression'
clause of 'when'.

Might be best to ask someone on the SRU team what they reckon.
