I'm inclined to reject the patch as it currently is. The changes make
perfect sense, it's just that all the translations are still broken.

E.g.:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/iso-codes-1.2$ grep -r Rasserine * | wc -l
64
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/iso-codes-1.2$ 

I think it'd be better to forward the bug report upstream (Debian in
this case) and get a new release rolled and broken translations removed.
