I have no NFS file systems. I never have and I don't even know how to
set them up.

Here is a PS as requested which I ran earlier. This was a ps auxf - as
 have turned nepo* off I can't readily do the exact command you
requested. This particular ps may in fact have been done before the
shutdown was requested.
