This is fixed in checkbox trunk and a fix will be included in Ubuntu
13.04.
As Brendan says, if this needs to be fixed in either 12.10 or 12.04, it
would require an SRU process. This has the greatest chance of succeeding
in 12.04 which is an LTS; at this point we're less than 3 months away
from 13.04 so a 12.10 SRU makes no sense really.
For now I'll mark Fix Released. Feel free to change or discuss if you
think this is wrong.
