Public bug reported:
When trying to install an i386 version on a 64bit system,
apt-get install libkernlib1-dev:i386
reports that many non installable dependies like
cfortran:i386 (>= 4.4-10) but it is not installable
however cfortran does not exist for a specific architecture. The same
happens for other cernlib packages.
