PS: 1) FWIW: I'm running the 13.04 from a live-USB-stick 2) To avoid confusion: I did the "sudo sysctl net.ipv6.conf.wlan0.accept_dad=0" part after seeing the default behaviour was buggy. So the above report is in chronological order.
