This bug can be reproduced on a system without the Adobe Flash plugin
installed by using Firefox to watch a YouTube video or some other online
video. It will crash fairly soon due to bug #1085342. The likelyhood of
crashing is possibly higher if using Firefox 18.0.1 due to JavaScript
related stability issues which are fixed in Firefox 18.0.2. Attempting
to relaunch Firefox after the crash usually results in a "Firefox is
already running" error, and attempting to kill -9 the Firefox process
does nothing. If you kill -9 the (phantom) MediaDecode process the
Firefox process will be killed as well and you can then relaunch
Firefox.
