ok, I put a merge request up that calls dh-translations but I'm not sure
that's needed so feel free to reject that. The issue was that the
template was blocked for review in the import queue (since that's a new
source), the import has been acked so it should be available soon for
translation on https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/raring/+source
