Public bug reported:
The keyboard accelerators in the unity global menu should be shown only,
when needed. This means, they should be visible only, if the user uses
the global menu with [alt] + [letter].
When using the global menu with the mouse, the keyboard accelerators
should not be shown, because they are useless and from the appearance
point of view very ugly.
