Public bug reported:
The pcmcia-cs fail to restart after a suspend/hibernate of the computer.
Instructions in https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SuspendHowto have been
followed. The problem might be linked to an improper installation of
pcmcia-cs, although the card works on a reboot.
sudo cardctl suspend
