Public bug reported:
We'd like to get ubuntuone-client-data into main, so that we may use it
as a dependency for the Ubuntu One client projects, in order to better
manage data which is used by multiple packages. The ubuntuone-client-
data package only includes data files, and these data files are already
also included in the ubuntuone-client package, which is already in main.
This is simply moving some of the data over to a new source package.
Once in main, we can implement the appropriate breaks/replaces, and
dependency changes in ubuntuone-client, to get a smooth upgrade.
