Before I put the Ubuntu ISO into my usb key, I've done the verification of the 
ISO with a MD5 verificator which haven't find any corrupt file into. 
I've finally find the real problem, that were a problem in my own hard disk 
which had died. 
So with a new hard disk, Ubuntu works well.
