I was able to re-create the bug with this testcase. ICE happens with 4.7
compiler and not with 4.6.

gcc -O5 -c ./job.i 
./tools/src/make-3.82/job.c: In function 
‘construct_command_argv_internal.isra.1’:
./tools/src/make-3.82/job.c:3073:1: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
