(I think this used to work with the old qemu-kvm-spice package)
I just tried flipping spice on in an existing guest, when you flip it to
spice in virt-manager it prompts you to asking if you want to add a
spice agent channel, selecting yes gives you a vm that won't start;
looking in the log for the guest we see:
