So, if majority of people needs mjpegtools, then it should be in Recommends field of kino package - then aptitude and synaptic will install mjpegtools automatically when installing kino. Please, don't put mjpegtools in Depends, because kino works fine without it - mjpegtools aren't absolute dependancy for kino.
