Attaching a screenshot of the init=/bin/bash startup with a working ILO keyboard. I guess late messages spilling over a bash prompt may indicate that some USB modules loaded now. I did not see these messages when my keyboard stuck. I wonder if this means that a newer kernel and/or RAM disk image added required USB modules.
Should not this change publish in some Lucid update? ** Attachment added: "A screenshot of a 2.6.36 64-bit kernel starting init=/bin/bash with a working ILO keyboard" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/553400/+attachment/3532279/+files/usb-keyboard-modules-loading-past-console.jpg -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/553400 Title: No keyboard with init=/bin/bash To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/553400/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
