I'm using Ubuntu 13.04 dev (amd64) with nspluginwrapper 1.4.4-0ubuntu4.
nspluginwrapper does not install libnss3:i386 as a dependency which will
result in an error on registering plugins:
root@ubuntu:# nspluginwrapper -v -i
/usr/lib/flashplugin-installer/libflashplayer.so
*** NSPlugin Viewer *** ERROR: libssl3.so: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory
*** NSPlugin Viewer *** ERROR: libssl3.so: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory
nspluginwrapper: no appropriate viewer found for
/usr/lib/flashplugin-installer/libflashplayer.so
