Public bug reported:
I have tried sudo rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/archive.ubuntu
.com_ubuntu_dists_quantal_multiverse_i18n_Translation-en to remove it,
but did not help.
It is crashing all my programs and I do not want to re-install ubuntu.
There is a stop sign displayed on menu-bar besides email icon.
