there seems to be little feedback on the issue, but recent news shows
that there is movement , to bad that we have to read about it some where
else : http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2013/02/ubuntu-dash-to-add-private-
incognito-mode-add-legal-notice-to-installer
and indeed the default is still about the same, might have to check and
test with daily build to be sure.
