Public bug reported:
There's a bug omitting the the last folder in the select boxes when adding a
new rule with the "Move to Folder" action.
No error message though php display_errors is on.
I've tracked it down to the file include/support.in.php in the function
mailboxlist starting line 163.
Appending fix though it's been already fixed with the current svn
version...
