Public bug reported:
Hi,
im on Ubuntu 12.04 x64 and my USB 3.0 harddisks are recognized but
suddenly disappear.
I have a USB 3.0 powered hub and use a usb 3.0 + additional power cable
for my 320G harddisks.
I can format the drives and mount them, but if i leave them unmounted
on my box they just disappear.
i also checked that my pci-ex card is explicitely supporting intel's usb
3.0 standard and the card is also internally powered!
dmesg shows me:
