Hi,
the kdeinit support files were dropped in 1:2.6.1-0ubuntu1 by accident.
The 1:2.6.1-0ubuntu5 upload from yesterday is supposed to bring them
back, but is currently stuck in the build queue waiting on a fix for
qtwebkit.
