Edit the corresponding dbus service file
/usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.freedesktop.ConsoleKit.service
and add the debug flag
Exec=/usr/sbin/console-kit-daemon --no-daemon --debug
.
Reboot your system and attach the syslog log file.
