Thanks Raymond, so i followed your instructions:
1 I changed my "/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf" las line into : 
   options snd-hda-intel model=auto

2 I rebooted and plugged the subwoofer

3 I launched the alsa-info.sh script, and the result is at this adress:
