The characters do not fit in the default column size so Calc displays
### rather than cutting off the text. This is a feature so you know that
there is more data. The column must default to a set size and there is
no good argument to widen them just so that this format fits, for
starters its a user defined format that Jesusfreak has defined not a
standard Calc format. Even if it was a Calc format you need to draw the
line somewhere for example "Wednesday, 6 March 2013" is almost twice as
long.

I hope this clarifies why I marked the bug as invalid. The "make it easy
for new users" line is valid sometimes and other times user just need to
learn how the software works. This is one of those other times.
