Installing xserver-xorg-lts-quantal (and linux-generic-lts-quantal) as
suggested on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/LTSEnablementStack breaks
Kubuntu as crucial KDE packages like kubuntu-desktop, kdm etc. will be
removed.
