I tried to disable tpa, but no luck. I can try a newer kernal but I am afraid that the software I would like to use only supports 12.04 LTS, I think using a newer kernal may break some of the packages needed.
My only other solution would be to install RHEL and Run Ubuntu in a Virtual environment.... Did not really want to approach it like that. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1131226 Title: 801q support Broadcom NetXtreme II 57XX To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1131226/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
