With this content :

SYSFS{idVendor} =="138a", SYSFS{idProduct} =="0018",
SYMLINK+="fingerprint"
MODE="0666", OWNER="nobody", GROUP="fingerprint"
LABEL="fingerprint_rules_end"
Add a group fingerprint and add your user to the new group.
And Taddaaa it will work!
