running ubuntu 13.04/kde 4.10 on my laptop (kernel 3.8/ ddx 2.21, ivybridge). kwin still tears at the top of the screen even with sna enabled and vsync on in kwin, but I assume thats just this bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=307965
