tag kernel-unable-to-test-upstream

** Description changed:

I reported this as a problem, see launchpad #223231. After many
attempts, the problem has not been resolved.

As indicated I have limited access to rhe system, and it sems to run
without problems, but as I have no Launcher or panel a lot of functions
  are not available

I have had on numerous occasions a sudden error report, most of which
have been automatically sent in, none impacted the system.
