AFAICT you had installed 6.4.2 from either the UbuntuGIS or GRASS ppa, and are now downgrading the qgis version (which depends on grass), and so reverting to the official grass packages from 12.04. in the DebianGIS packaging git for grass Frankie added a Replaces: + Breaks: to avoid these problems, but perhaps the UbuntuGIS packages were cut in the short window before that change went in? see #675514 in the debian bug tracker. http://bugs.debian.org/675514 the workaround is to uninstall all grass packages and start from scratch. Run: `dpkg -l | grep grass` to see what's installed, then uninstall them. then reinstall the version you need. since this isn't specifically a bug in the grass package, rather an end- user downgrading from 3rd party packages, there's not too much we can do about it but suggest to close the bug report. regards, Hamish ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #675514 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=675514 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1086406 Title: package grass (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: próba nadpisania "/usr/lib/grass64/bin/db.columns", który istnieje także w pakiecie grass-core 6.4.2~upstream2-3~precise3 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grass/+bug/1086406/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
