Note that my host was a Xen host but defining a transparent bridge would be the 
same as described in 
https://docs.google.com/a/canonical.com/document/d/1mPk-qYaLA4q-kBxgvCFnaST03NARBqsG7VWqvXAj9e4/edit#heading=h.7jdhxbb6n62.
But that might be a different problem. The error just tells you that a VM was 
tried to be started but the id is not found in the running guest list (for 
libvirt) to connect to. You probably should have a closer look at logs on the 
VM host.
