I have the same problem when trying to sync a folder containing subfolders from
a USB key (vfat filesystem so far I know) and a folder on the HD (ext3
filesystem) by copying (using ctrl+c/crtl+v) from USB to HD. Some files in some
subfolders are not copied. No error message occurs.
If I copy only the incriminated subfolders it works.
When I'll have time, I will try to perform further tests, but so far I think
this is a critical issue because it can lead to data losses.
