** Description changed:
- When running "service networking restart", the window manager dies, with
- windows losing their titlebar, and the desktop becoming unresponsive. I
- can reproduce this every time.

+ 1. Run "sudo service networking restart" from Terminal
+ Behavior expected: Networking is restarted
+ Behavior encountered: Networking is restarted and Unity/WM also terminates.
