Ok, I'm not familiar with technical efforts. In my video the main
problem is not "mispalcement", but "gradient theme" which disappears and
re-appear in short intervals. So I think this is NOT a duplicate.
My unity version: 6.12.0daily13.03.08-0ubuntu1
Additionals:
I didn't have this problem in previous versions of Ubuntu, from 11.04 to 12.10.
But this is not an upgrade, I've fully formatted the partition and installed a
fresh 13.04. Of course my home is the same.
