Disregard my last comment.

For 21 days my system run fine, but now I ran into this bug again.

At the time this problem occurred, I ran the following commands to produce
debug info:
free > free.txt
cp /var/log/syslog .
sudo iotop -b -n 20 > iotop.txt
sudo iotop -b -n 20 > iotop2.txt

For example, the contents of free.txt:
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 4049532 1064740 2984792 0 1168 143196
-/+ buffers/cache: 920376 3129156
Swap: 2047996 1893072 154924

It shows that there are 3G free memory, but still almost 100% of swap is
used.

Also output of iotop shows kswapd taking large amounts of IO:
sjs@zen:[~/debug2] $ grep kswapd iotop.txt

I have also attached my syslog. I resumed the computer from suspend at Mar 10
19:16:02. I waited for around 20 minutes for the IO load to go down, but it
didn't, so I rebooted my computer.

I will test the upstream kernel, but it will probably take several weeks
to determine if they fix this problem or not..
