Public bug reported:

i have been running upgrade of packages using the sudo apt-get upgrade 
from the terminal
it reported 
some problem has occured shall we repair it 

i clicked to continue to repair 
 terminal scrolled keeping the repair pending 
after that the above problem a raised 
and even the report tool       
to report the problem also poped up many massages regarding this and i 
authenticated it with my password to report 
all the times it popped up 
i cant provide any furture technical info
